if you are in urgent need of plan b or any product, please contact emi at (952) 652 - 4700. we will coordinate shipping, drop off, and pick up, or we may direct you to a local clinic.
plan b is effective up to 3 days after insemination, and ella (available at clinics or over the counter) is effective up to 5 days after insemination. we can provide counseling on how to access ella. if you are past the 3 day mark for our plan b, we are also available for counseling on copper iud placement, which can be effective in preventing pregnancy up to 5 days after insemination.

the dedicated members of our team do shipping, and times can vary from 1 - 2 weeks to arrive. a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as possible. please be patient with our youth team as delays in getting products/mailing them can occur.
products are shipped in mailers, typically colorful. some may be sent in an envelope if small enough. there is no indication that it is from the body org aside from the products inside. expect the package to be mailed from emi. if you need additional accommodation regarding the appearance of your product, please contact our email before/after placing your order.

if you have not received your order within 1 - 2 weeks, please contact our email and we will find a solution to get you your package.
if a product is out of stock, we will ship it when it has arrived: potentially separately from the rest of your order.
